As I think about the last post for this month, I though I’d share  something sweet. So this recipe is easy, sweet and filled with Nutella!

My creative cooking today is my FAVORITE banana bread recipe. This recipe makes a moist banana bread muffin that you and your family will love!

The special touch here is making sure you use very ripe bananas and of course, Nutella! It takes approximately 20 min to prepare and 30 min in the oven. If you love Nutella like I do, you will never want to eat a regular banana bread again!

Lets get started!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together 4 mashed ripe bananas, 1/3 cup of melted butter, 3/4 cup of white sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 large egg (beaten).

Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt, and  1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour. Mix until smooth.

I like to use silicon baking cups – they keep the muffins moist and it is super easy to remove.

With a spoon, fill up each silicon cup with the batter, half full.

Add a teaspoon of Nutella (or more if you want it!), then add more batter to cover it.

Bake it at 350F for 30 min. Let it cool down for 5 min and enjoy it! 😉
