I’ve been trying a few different variations of my banana bread recipe. The original one I’ve shared with you was filled with delicious Nutella. Even tough I love that recipe, sometimes I want to eat something different and some of the variations work quite nicely!
So, here you go! I’m sharing some of the ideas that I thought worked out well. Instead of using Nutella, add the following:
1 – chocolate chips (semi sweet and white chocolate)
2 – semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped strawberries. Have also tried with blueberries and strawberries, delicious!
3 – peanut butter (replacing Nutella from original recipe for peanut butter)
4 – add 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder to the flour in the original recipe. After the bread it baked, cover it with strawberry sauce (strawberry and sugar simmered until berries are soft)
